More on the knee
Went out for a laid back 60k loop with the club yesterday. I was treating it like a recovery ride and had no intentions of trying to “kill it” - or anyone else that had come along.
About 20k into the ride, my knee started acting up again. I dropped off the back almost immediately, and limped into the halfway point in Streetsville about 5 minutes behind everyone else.
