oh yeah...
…I almost forgot. I’ll be racing o-cup masters this year with lapdogs racing. yay team! I’m also the founding member of the lapdogs racing endurance team. Sebring24, XOntario (The Next Big Ride) and Furnace508 are on my schedule this year.
Tough week
I’ve moved the start of my week to Friday @ 5pm. My weekend starts around 9am Thursday morning and runs through to Friday afternoon. Mentally, this arrangement seems to fit my training plan better and I’m not missing the former emptiness of my Saturdays and Sundays, which are now filled up by training and work.

Day in the snow...
I had a great weekend of fitness. Kicked the weekend with a hard Friday night at the gym, did a great 90 minute bootcamp with the Lapdogs on Saturday morning. Mike scrubbed our dryland workout on Saturday afternoon, which was okay as I had more than made up for it the night before. Training Update
I’ve pretty much settled on the rest of my training plan leading up to My Next Big Ride. I’ll try to figure out how to publish it here sometime over the weekend. Lots of miles, lots of work. Should definitely give me what I need to make MNBR go well.
