The route...
Dan Watt has graciously used his mapping skills to put together an awesome route for my ride. In total, subject to a couple of small changes, the route is officially 775 kilometres, or 482 miles.
Here’s how it breaks down timewise.
In Florida, I rode 386 miles in 24 hours. That’s an average pace of 16 miles per hour.

A bunch of updates
Its been a tough couple of weeks training. Non-stop, almost three full weeks. Running, spin, strength training. Time to ease it back a little bit and do some recovery.
The bulk of my training this year has been short, concentrated sessions focusing on overall strength. In past years, I have done a lot more volume, but I think with lesser results.

Threshold Test Results
Did another lactate threshold test tonight. Was happy to see a slight uptick in both my average heart rate, and therefore my LT, as well as my max heart rate.
